I need a reset of sorts after this awful week. Planning to be really strick with my diet/only eating clean foods.
Trying to come up with a solid exercise plan. Any suggestions??
Woah, my body is on a roller coaster.
Woke up. Saw that I gained four pounds. Felt way more emotional than necessary. Felt excessively tired despite getting a good night’s sleep. Started my period a few hours later. That explains a lot. Thanks, body. Thanks a lot.
I hope everyone is doing well and keeping it healthy today! So the most random thing is happening to me tonight; my friend is filming a news story about Valentine’s Day and she asked to feature my roommate and I who write a blog about being single and (jokingly) hating our lives and the random/awkward situations we seem to always find ourselves in. So I’m off to do that now which is pretty cool.

I think I’ll still go for a run later tonight, but this is what I’ve already done today in an effort to mix up my routine rather than only running and working out on cardio machines. I hope everyone is having a great day so far!! Keep it healthy!
Just squeezed in a workout at the gym at my apartment.
5k on the treadmill followed by 2 miles on the bike.
All I ever do is cardio, but I know I need to/really want to start doing some strength training. What are y’alls best recommendations for strength training/what did you do when you first got started??
Being lame this Friday evening…
So I’m currently sitting at home by myself drinking a nice cup of tea. I actually got dressed and ready to go down town with all of my friends, but for some reason I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. I actually changed back into my pajamas while my friends were pre-gaming. I have been in such a funk the last few days and I can’t seem to break out of it, which is frustrating. I really want to stop drinking so I can get to my ideal weight and just be generally more healthy, but I have to admit it’s really hard. So instead of going out and possibly bringing everyone else down I’m just going to stay in and try to relax and do some reflecting/planning on how to do better/be healthier.
How is everyone else doing?
